DAMMAN provides free design services, all products on our website can be customized, please contact us directly, select the products you need and inform the quantity, we will give you a complete quotation.

 

Customization process

Contact us → communicate product details → quote and confirm → provide design draft within 1-3 working days → confirm design and produce → ship within 15 days.

 

Customized range

Eyelashes: style, length, curvature, thickness, and outer packaging can all be customized according to your requirements

Glue: dries in seconds, customized stickers, choose packaging color

Outer packaging: All outer packaging, cartons, and plastic boxes can be designed for free and quickly produced.

Process selection: color printing, silk screen printing, hot stamping, silver hot stamping, all processes are available.

 

Customized time

Customized products will be produced and shipped 15 days after payment is received.

 

Customized terms

Customization is a private service. Small quantity customization requires full payment. No refunds will be accepted from the time the order is arranged for production, and returns and exchanges are not supported. Large quantity customization requires a 70% advance payment. If the order is abandoned, the advance payment will not be refunded.

 

We will make products according to customer requirements. Returns will not be accepted for product errors and other problems not caused by our company. Private products cannot be resold, please understand.

 

Damman value-added services

Damman has a professional design team - "Dashan Design", which provides you with design services for free. We only charge the price of the product, and you do not need to pay design fees. For large orders, professional design samples are provided. You can see your ideal product within 1 working day, saving you time and money!
