Refund policy
Before shipping
Click Refund and the money will be automatically returned to your account within 3-7 working days.
After shipment
We do not accept refunds without reason. If you click refund after we ship the goods, we will not agree. Please confirm whether you need the product you purchased before placing an order.
Package not received
- If the logistics track shows that it has not arrived and it is confirmed that it has been lost, you can choose to have us reissue it or issue a refund.
- If the logistics track shows that it has been signed for, we will be responsible for helping you investigate without any compensation.
- If the package cannot be delivered due to customs issues, we will only choose to destroy it and will not refund.
Address problem
If you fill in the wrong address, you can change it, but you will need to pay a fee for changing the address. This fee is for the logistics company, not us.
Out of stock/damaged
Please take photos and videos within 48 hours, keep the evidence and send it to our email or WhatsApp. We will give you an after-sales plan based on the specific situation. If it exceeds 48 hours, the default is that there is no after-sales service.
Refunds
After receiving the product, if there is no quality problem and you want to return it, please bear the return shipping cost. We will refund you after receiving the product. It is only the cost of the product and no shipping cost will be refunded.
